Eating at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is better than you’d expect from a mid-size airport. The dining program — run through concessionaire Fraport Cleveland and operator Skyport Hospitality — mixes Cleveland originals like Bar Symon and Great Lakes Brewing Co. with national names like Shake Shack and Chick-fil-A. Here’s where to eat in each concourse, from sit-down restaurants to coffee and bars.

Restaurants in Concourse C
Bar Symon is the headliner: hometown chef Michael Symon’s airport outpost serving his comfort-food menu — the Lola Burger and Fat Doug Burger on challah buns, potato-and-cheese pierogis, rosemary fries, and a full breakfast lineup including buttermilk pancakes with Ohio maple syrup. Reported hours run roughly 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, so it’s a genuine breakfast-through-dinner option.
Great Lakes Brewing Co. near Gate C14 pours Cleveland’s famous craft beer alongside pub food — the move if you want a local pint before boarding. Panini’s Bar & Grill near Gate C4 is the Cleveland-area sports-bar staple known for overstuffed sandwiches. Potbelly Sandwich Shop near Gate C28 covers toasted sandwiches, soups, and salads for a quick, reliable meal at the far end of the concourse.
For something different, Cantina Taqueria & Tequila Bar serves street tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and margaritas in a 2,700-square-foot space, and Wow Bao does fast Asian steamed buns, potstickers, and rice and noodle bowls. Coffee in Concourse C means Starbucks near Gate C22, with additional coffee and juice options from Green Leaf & Bananas.
Main Terminal Food Court
Before security, the main terminal food court is anchored by Shake Shack — the roadside-burger chain’s CLE location serves its Angus burgers, chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, and frozen custard. Chick-fil-A draws the usual lines for chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Currito builds globally inspired burritos (Bangkok, Mediterranean, teriyaki) plus smoothies and salads, and Bruegger’s Bagels covers New York-style bagels, breakfast sandwiches, soups, and a full coffee line. Villa Italian Kitchen and The Pub round out the pre-security options — useful if you’re meeting someone landside or killing time before a travel companion clears security.
Concourse B: Bars, Wine & Quick Bites
Vino Volo is the wine bar — pours by the glass with small plates, typically open mid-morning through early evening. Quaker Steak & Lube serves wings and motorsports-themed bar food, Subway and Auntie Anne’s cover the fast basics, and Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt handles dessert. The Hudson News / Euro Café near Gate B6 doubles as a coffee stop, and Inca Tea Café in Concourse B is the local pick for bubble tea and specialty drinks.
Concourse A: Pizza, Beach Bar & 24-Hour Coffee
800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen fires craft pizzas, sandwiches, and salads from a wood-burning setup. Sammy’s Beach Bar & Grill is the casual sit-down option. And Dunkin’ in Concourse A is reported by overnight travelers to run 24 hours — the only reliable hot food and coffee in the building in the middle of the night.

Coffee, Breakfast & Late-Night Realities
Morning flights are well covered: Starbucks (Concourse C), Bruegger’s and Dunkin’ (main terminal and Concourse A), and Inca Tea Café (Concourse B) all open early. Late nights are thinner — most kitchens and bars wind down with the last bank of departures, typically between 7:00 and 9:00 PM, and hours shrink further on weekends. If you’re on a late flight, eat before the dinner rush rather than after.
Concession hours shift with flight schedules and change as leases turn over, so check the airport’s dining listings for the current roster. Flying through Concourse C? Pair this with our Concourse C map guide, shopping guide, and layover guide to plan the whole stop.

Make Your CLE Journey Easier with AirportGo
AirportGo is built for the whole airport journey — before, during, and after your flight. Before you fly, use the packing checklist and trip tasks to get organized. During your trip, search the directory for gates, food, restrooms, and ATMs, get step-by-step walking navigation through the terminal, check TSA checkpoint times, and set a parking reminder so your spot is saved. After you land, the find-my-car feature uses your saved parking photo and location to walk you back to your vehicle. It even works offline, so a weak airport signal won’t slow you down. The app is available now on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
